Terms and Conditions
Deposit
A Safari is confirmed once we receive a deposit of 50% of the total daily rate of the hunt. The remaining balance is due 6 months before the start of your Safari (plains game hunts only).
Please contact Safari Bound Southern Africa to arrange your deposit and payment when booking your Safari.
Trophy Fees and Additional Upgrades and Costs
We do not control fluctuations in hunting costs.
All trophy fees, upgrades, and additional costs will be based on the year in which the hunt takes place, unless your Safari contract specifies otherwise.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your Safari within 180 days of the start date, your deposit will be forfeited.
If Safari Bound Southern Africa, at its discretion, can reschedule your Safari, the deposit will not be forfeited. Rescheduled Safaris may incur a 20% rescheduling fee based on the deposit, in addition to the costs of your Safari.
Rescheduling depends on the availability of your desired dates and species, as determined by Safari Bound Southern Africa.
Payment
Full payment for your Safari is due on the last day of the hunt. Payments can be made by: Cash, Personal check & Wire transfer
Some camps also accept credit cards (a 3.9% processing fee applies). Please confirm credit card availability with Safari Bound Southern Africa before your Safari. American Express is not accepted.
